How to Measure
You need to measure yourself with a tape measure (the soft variety – not the DIY variety!) that measures in inches and Ensure your tape measure is held horizontally to achieve the correct measurement.
BUST: Measure around the fullest part and over the shoulder blades, with your arms down at side, slightly apart.
WAIST: Measure around your natural waist above the hips
HIPS: Measure 20cm down from the natural waist
Bra Fitting
Bras will vary by brand and style but it’s important to start with an accurate measurement.
You need to measure yourself with a tape measure (the soft variety – not the DIY variety!) that measures in inches and do this while not wearing a bra.
Size
Measure around your rib cage, just under the breast. Make sure the tape is level around the back, and hold it firmly but comfortably. If the measurement is an even number, add 4" and if it is odd add 5". The total will give you your back size.
Eg. If your back measures, 31", then you add 5" (for the odd number) and your back size is therefore 36".
Cup size
Now measure around the fullest part of the breast (ensuring tape is level at the back). The cup size is calculated by the difference between the bust and cup measurement.

Eg. If your measurement is 38" at the fullest part of the breast, and your back is 36", the difference is 2", and your cup size is therefore C.
So your bra measurement is 36C!
