We hope that you love your purchase from Lilac Rose. However, if you are unhappy with the goods for any reason at all, we will be happy to offer a refund or an exchange for items returned to us within 14 days, that are unused and with the original packaging.
1. The goods were purchased from Lilac Rose.
2. We receive the goods back within 14 days of delivery. For non-tracked deliveries, the delivery date will be the latest date in the estimated date range unless we are told otherwise.
3. The goods are returned to Lilac Rose in the same condition they were sent and have not been damaged, worn or tampered with.
4. You pay for cost of the return postage (except if the goods are faulty, as per below).
5. Unless faulty, earrings and underwear are non refundable for hygiene reasons.
6. We strongly advise that you send your return using a recorded service for your own protection as we cannot take responsibility for returned items lost in transit.
To return an item:
Please place the item in its original packaging, include the delivery note, and state whether you would like an exchange or refund and the reason for return. If you do not include the delivery note we may be unable to trace your order.
Please use the returns label included in your delivery.
You can also return items bought on the website to one of our stores but this will be passed onto our web team so please be aware that items cannot be refunded in store. Also the parcel will need to be packaged as a normal postal return (see above).
If the product you receive is not as stated on the Lilac Rose website, we will refund the total postage cost, including original postage costs. If you change your mind, you will receive a refund for the price of the goods but not the cost of posting goods to you or back to us.
If an item is faulty please email us at [email protected] before you return the item. We will email you to confirm your return with a paid for return label. Upon receipt of the item we will immediately send you a replacement but if unavailable then we will refund you.
